As a ministry of Penn Valley Church, GCS exists to point students toward the love and grace of Jesus Christ while equipping them with strong academic foundations in reading, writing, mathematics, science, and history (learn about our curriculum here).

Students take part in daily devotions, chapel services, reading buddies, speech meets, and opportunities to mentor younger classmates. These experiences help students grow socially, academically, and spiritually while learning what it means to serve others with humility and love. How to Enroll at GCS

Step 1: Submit Your Application

Complete the New Student Application and submit your application fee.

Step 2: Placement Screening Appointment

Once your application and payment are received, we will contact you to schedule a placement screening appointment for each applicant. Please bring the following to your screening:

• Copies of the most current report card and/or achievement testing results (if applicable).

• Copy of student IEP (if applicable).

Step 3: Upon acceptance

 Once your child is accepted:

• Create an account in FACTS Management to establish your tuition payment plan and begin your financial aid application

• The $150 enrollment fee will be charged to your FACTS account

• Submit the enrollment fee to secure your child’s seat on the class roster

Step 4: Transfer of Records

 Complete the Release of Information Form so we may begin the transfer of:

• Academic records

• Health records

• Behavioral records

Step 5: Required Documentation for New Students

 Students entering school for the first time must provide:

• Birth Certificate

• Physical Examination Form

• Immunization Records (or Exemption Form)

• Dental Form

Grace Christian School offers generous financial aid, made possible through faithful donors who believe in the mission of Christian education.
