GCS will be closed on Monday, February 23, as a traditional snow day. Any regular homework due on Monday should be completed and returned when school resumes.

If weather conditions require the closure to extend into Tuesday, that day will be implemented as a Flexible Instructional Day (FID). Assignments and instructions for students to complete remotely are in the FID packets previously sent home with your child(ren). Additional details and continued updates will be sent out as they become necessary.

If school is closed due to inclement weather or any other emergency, parents may find up to date information in the following places:

Television: WFMZ 69, 6ABC and NBC 10 (Grace Christian School by name)

The school district in which you reside will determine if your child will have transportation. You must listen for both our school and your specific district. If your district is closed, the students within that district are excused from school even if GCS is open.
