How to Enroll

  1. Complete the New Student Application and pay the application fee.

  2. Upon receipt of the application and payment, you will be contacted to schedule a placement screening appointment for each applicant. Items to bring to this meeting include:

    • Copies of the most current report card and/or achievement testing results (if applicable).

    • Copy of student IEP (if applicable).

Upon acceptance

  1. Create an account in FACTS Management to establish a payment plan. The $150 enrollment fee will be charged to your account. Once paid, your child’s place will be secured on the class roster.

  2. Complete the release of information form to begin the transfer of student records: academic, health, and behavioral.

  3. Students entering school for the first time will need to provide: a birth certificate, physical examination form, immunization records (or exemption form), and dental form.

  4. It is our desire for all families to have access to a high-quality Christian education. Financial aid is generously available. The application for financial aid is completed through your FACTS account. This is an annual application.
